It’s a key question that I use in sessions and ask myself in all areas of my life. I love it and it’s super powerful! And it’s that when you realize what you’re willing to sacrifice, to lose, you find out your level of commitment to that goal. It also gives you clues about whether what you want to achieve is really something so, so, so important to you. (If it wasn’t, it would be perfect too). When you accept what you lose and make the commitment, you take a nice step towards maturity and self-realization (although, from time to time, LET’S NOT FOOL, we feel a little sad or angry about everything we had to leave behind). On the contrary, when you accept that to get what you want you are NOT willing to lose certain things, it is also a nice step towards maturity and acceptance that the place you are in is already ideal for you, <\/p>\n
