When you feel less, inferior to others

Today I am writing to you in the first person, about myself, about that feeling that perhaps you also know:

Feel less.

I got over it and it made me so expert that later I decided to train professionally to be able to help other people feel better about themselves. That is why I want to share this post with you.

I hope it inspires you:

When I was in school I liked to write.
When I was at home I often “played at writing.”
When I was studying, I liked the subjects in which I was asked to write. I have always written, but I have never felt that what I wrote had any value. Why? Because I was the one writing. And that is what happens when you have low self-esteem: everything is always insufficient simply because you created it.

It seems like self-demand, but no, it is more a constant feeling of inadequacy.

It’s hard, do you feel it?

Well yes, and it appears every day.

The good thing about it? My constant inadequacy led me to want to know more, to go to psychologists and coaches to explore myself, to read and experiment to understand how the hell I was so convinced that I was less than you, than you, than you and than all of you. For the simple fact of being me. My suffering activated my curiosity,
And when you see that something is wrong, you can be curious to know more. So my curiosity led to knowledge, my knowledge to a revelation: yes, I also have a lot to contribute. And my revelation led me to confidence, and confidence, finally, to my freedom. My freedom to write this post without thinking that it is not enough, as well as hundreds of texts that I have already published on the networks in recent years. My freedom to practice my profession calmly, to believe in my role as a mother, in my relationship as a couple, in my goals, in my life, in general. Happy to share with you, to write without reservations and that my curiosity also led me to train as a Coach to be able to accompany others to explore, with great curiosity and love, their supposed inadequacy. My conclusion:
Pay attention to your thoughts, but take them a step further. Analyze where they come from. If they limit you, question them. You don’t have to believe them. They don’t have to be true. The truth, in the end, is only an interpretation of reality. On the contrary, if your thoughts empower you, allow you to evolve in a positive way, allow you to grow in a natural and sustainable way, believe them. However you feel, take time to get to know yourself better. You don’t know what gold you may have hidden there. Thank you for reading me. What you have read has value. And the fact that you read me has value to me.

It’s gold. And as I was saying, we are gold. So let’s polish it!
