Today I will share with you my reflection on DECIDING, on making decisions.
I hope it inspires you:
It turns out that: dilemmas and how the hell can I know what to choose? is a very frequent topic in my sessions with my clients. We have a hard time deciding. It’s like that. I myself know well that feeling of being between a rock and a hard place because I have no idea what to choose and how to choose: which path to choose? In fact, I was Miss Indecisive and for every decision I had to make I had to ask other people, just in case . I thought that others would know better.
I was looking for the right decision, the one that was appropriate or the one that was validated by the majority.
You may have experienced this way of making decisions. Well, that’s how it was years ago, before I knew myself well, when I went through life letting myself be carried away by inertia, without knowing what to decide on and without knowing who I was.
I had no idea that my constant indecision had to do with not having delved deeper into myself, my values, my beliefs, etc.
Now, as a coach, when I accompany others in their decision-making, I observe with complete tranquility how, little by little, the person gets to know their world, that inner world full of values that will also guide them when choosing. So I am going to leave some key points noted in this post that will help you choose with more tranquility and simplicity. In addition, I invite you to take advantage of moments of indecision to observe yourself with love, to listen to yourself, to get to know yourself better. That is what dilemmas are for. Oh! And above all,
Feel your freedom when you are making decisions. Remember that you are not being forced (in most cases), but rather you are choosing according to your values, what you believe in, what you consider convenient.
So TIP 1)
1)
Choose feeling your freedom.
2)
We make decisions every day, all the time, so in the more day-to-day ones, like what to wear, what to eat, what plan to make, take advantage of the opportunity to practice listening to your intuition (below I leave you a super live session that I did with María Martínez, psychologist, about it). Your intuition is wise but it is not always easy to hear that “little voice”. 3)
Often, in dilemmas (“A difficult or compromised situation in which there are several possibilities for action and one does not know which one to choose because both are equally good or bad.”)
We start thinking about the pros and cons and we can’t find a way out. poorly posed problem, let’s go.
When we want to choose based on pros and cons, the feeling is that we always end up losing. And we don’t like losing… right?
That’s why it’s so beneficial to know yourself well and ask yourself some powerful questions , without putting so much focus on what you gain or lose.
So, I’m going to leave you with some key questions written here:
a) What are you putting off?
b) What does this moment mean in your life?
c) What are you struggling with in this dilemma? Express what you feel, write down your key words. Don’t go to the pros or cons, go to yourself.
d) What values are important to you right now?
Here is a post that my mentor, Hermínia Gomà, wrote that will be great for you.

What do you think?
That’s it for today, dear reader. I hope you found it useful so you can get to work! Oh! Just one more thing:
Enjoy your dilemmas and your questions that will lead you to many answers!
I look forward to reading your thoughts on this. They inspire us! Until next time!
